With a steaming mug of hot Irish tea in my cogitative corner, it is understanding I seek.
Old habits are so strong that it takes a strong and persistent resolve to rid them out of your life, making way for possible dreams, of course y’all know this.
Because we tend to think in terms of beginnings and endings, the first of a new year seems to trigger within us a primal need to demand a fresh start in our life making this time of year when willingness abounds, perfect for finally pulling down and dusting off all our possible dreams.
Of course, our ideal, our ambitions, our visions, all that we aspire to be, do or have is absolutely capable of happening and existing in and as our life.
Certainly, our willingness comes in the form of determination (thank you L. Levenson), given direction by one of our main spiritual tools, that of intention, (thank you D. Hawkins), and comes into fruition by our devotion in exalting all things to spirit, to love (thank you B. Spalding and Jesus).
Willingness, intention and devotion to love essentially is living with an attitude, a love attitude. Once we’ve made up our mind that all our undertakings will be with a love attitude then surely all our possible dreams will move into probable dreams and then to us living our dreams.
Now it’s time to let go of that which we don’t want, don’t need, what keeps us from our dreams and may even do us much harm if we persist in holding on to all that negative stuff in our life. Old habits can be daunting to release; however, it is easier to remember that you focus on a thought of possible OR on a thought of impossible, and you get to choose. Resolve a loving attitude in all that you do and dream.
A-CHOO! This is a very dusty dream…whoa, is that a spider?
