With a steaming mug of hot lemon water near my yoga mat it is flexibility I seek.
Of all the myriad of things we humans can catch, for us to catch love is the most splendid, of course y’all know this.
What a sport to catch is. To catch, is in many of our favorite physical sports. In our vision we can catch a glimpse of someone. Our ears can catch secrets on the gossip currents. Probably not the best to be downwind with a sensitive nose that will catch even the faintest disagreeable scent. Catch basins will catch a whole lot. I believe most of us have had our breath catch upon seeing, hearing, or smelling something surprising. We’ve finally caught on to the mystery and not a moment too soon, Amazing that that old fad (old fart?) has caught on again. Wish like heck we could catch up on our class homework. Hope the law will catch that dastardly villain. I’d much rather catch a movie than catch it. Catch this catchphrase… catch-22, an absurd no-win situation that most of us have been in. Heartbreaking is catching a pandemic disease. An insidious climate of negative thought, like guilt or fear can absolutely be caught like a breath of air when we are going about our daily activities, then whatever we have going on in our lives, if a problem, will appear so much worse.
Whether we catch as a verb or a noun, catching dominates our daily life.
Having caught just about everything, or it least it seems like it, I can attest that when I catch (if I didn’t create them myself) bad attitudes, sad emotions, negative opinions and downright ugly viewpoints, it brings down my body’s immunity making me even more susceptible to unwanted experiences. Catch love, it makes you susceptible to wanted experiences.
I did try to catch that ball as it flew over my head crashing into the window!
