With a steaming mug of hot chai green tea in my cozy cogitative corner, it’s understanding I seek.
When we’re falling; tumbling health, finances nosedived, life’s taken a plunge, ’tis better to fall into love… of course y’all know this!
With humanity, there’s been a whole lot of formin’ goin’ on. Forms tend to be habit forming and seemingly can lead to severe addiction. It would appear that “problems” arise in the world when we become attached to forms and think they are “real”, when in reality they are nothing but shadows, not “real” at all.
Problems! Huh! This year began with my mortgage paying husband briefly unemployed and our whole house water filter still needing replacement. During these snowiest months, only our 4-wheel-drive vehicles get up to the top of the hill where our home is, so our old Chevy Lumina stays parked down at the bottom of the hill (now the steering pump, alternator, brake pads and all 4 tires need to be replaced). Our old plow/work truck’s transmission went out, making plowing the driveway difficult. Hitched a ride in my brothers large 4-wheel-drive truck to my first ever annual Medicare wellness check. Another foot of soft silky snow had fallen on old hard packed ice and snow, the truck slid backwards down the driveway stopping against a tall snow berm. I got out of the truck, hiking up the rest of the hill to the house. I kept falling forward onto my hands and when rounding the very top, I completely slipped and fell very hard on my upper right boob/chest front side… PAIN! This, after just learning I shrunk one inch in height. Computers’ in repair shop… sigh…
ACIM tells us there is only one “problem”, that of grievance (ignorance, believing in separation), and only one solution, that of miracles, aka Divine Love.
Don’t stay gorilla-glued to shadows, fall into love… into miracles.
